What about the paperwork?

We’re developing Besiktra to connect assets, inspections and reports. For teams who want a clearer view of the work between the field and the office.

Start with a conversation about how you work.

BETWEEN THE FIELD AND THE OFFICE

The inspection itself is rarely where things get stuck.

A missing detail. A report waiting for review. A colleague trying to find out what happened on site. That’s where we want to make a difference.

01

The same detail. In several places.

Customers, assets, notes and results should stay connected, so the next person can find the information where the work continues.

02

Done on site. Still on someone’s desk.

Keep a completed inspection distinct from an issued report. See what is waiting for additional information or review.

03

A corrected report. A history that stays.

When something needs correcting, the changes should be traceable. The previously issued version remains available.

HOW IT FITS TOGETHER

One asset. The whole picture.

From recurring assignments to reviewed reports. Besiktra brings information together around the work, with clear handovers between roles.

Book a walkthrough

In the walkthrough, we show the current capabilities and check them against your workflow.

  1. 01

    Prepare with the right information

Customers, sites, assets and previous inspections in one place. Plan around upcoming work and assign inspections.

  2. 02

    Record the findings on site

Checklists, observations and photos belong to the right inspection. Capture the information you need for the next step.

  3. 03

    Review before you issue

See what’s missing, request more information and have the right person review it. An administrative step never replaces a technical judgement.

  4. 04

    Hand over and follow up

Keep issued reports, revisions and findings together. Give customers access to their own assets and documents through the portal.

CONFIGURED FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Your terminology. Your reports. A shared product.

Inspection companies work differently. Besiktra supports configurable asset types, checklists, workflows and document templates.

  • Asset fields and checklists
  • Roles and permissions
  • Review and report templates

We’ll clarify what can be configured and what requires separate development.

A MANAGEABLE SWITCH

You’re not starting with an empty register.

You have assets, previous reports and routines that need to keep working. Let’s start there, with a sample of your data and a clearly defined workflow.

How a system switch can begin
1Understand how you work today
2Try a carefully scoped sample
3Evaluate before going further

No data migration needed for the first conversation.

PRICING & PILOT

Test what needs to work. Then decide what comes next.

We’re looking for inspection companies to evaluate Besiktra in a focused pilot. We start with your needs and agree the scope and cost before work begins.

01

First, a practical conversation.

One assignment, your current system and what you want to simplify. Together, we work out whether there’s a useful starting point for a pilot.

02

Then, a focused pilot.

Agreed users, data and one workflow. A separate quote sets out what’s included, what to evaluate and how to stop or move forward.

03

A clear proposal for what follows.

Subscription, onboarding and any integrations are described separately. You should know what’s in the product and what would need to be built.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Good questions before you switch.

Read about security & data
Does Besiktra carry out inspections?

No. Besiktra is software for companies carrying out recurring technical inspections. Your inspection company remains responsible for the work and the technical judgements.

Does Besiktra support our inspection discipline?

That’s something we establish together. We review your asset types, checklists, review process and reports before proposing a pilot. We don’t promise coverage of every inspection discipline.

We already have a system. Why switch?

You should only switch if there is a clear reason. Start with a task that takes too much time or creates uncertainty. If a change won’t improve it, you need to know early.

Can we bring our asset register and old reports?

Besiktra supports register imports from CSV and Excel with a preview check. We need to assess which records, relationships and historical documents can be transferred using a sample of your data. A complete migration is not automatically included.

Does it work offline and with our accounting system?

Besiktra is primarily designed for connected work. We review your devices and connectivity needs in the pilot. Accounting integrations are not part of the current standard workflow and need to be assessed separately.

What does it cost?

Pricing and scope follow a review of your team, workflow and onboarding needs. The pilot has a separate quote. For ongoing use, we separate the subscription, onboarding and any additional development.

What happens after the first walkthrough?

We summarise your needs and propose a next step if Besiktra fits. That might be a focused pilot or a more detailed assessment. The first conversation is not a commitment to switch systems.

LET’S START WITH YOUR EVERYDAY WORK

Which task would you rather only do once?

Tell us about your workflow and what takes too much time. We’ll walk through Besiktra around a specific assignment and explore whether a pilot is the right next step.

  • Start with how you work today
  • See current capabilities and limitations
  • Decide whether a focused pilot makes sense

A first conversation. No commitment to switch.

Tell us a little about your business.

So we can start with what matters to you.
