This page describes the contact form and this website. The handling of customer and inspection data within the product needs a separate review before a pilot or an agreement.
The details in your enquiry.
The form asks for your name, company, work email, inspection type and a brief description of what you want to improve. Your phone number and current system are optional.
These details are used to understand your enquiry, contact you and discuss a possible next step. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or other marketing emails.
Describe the need without customer files.
The contact form does not accept file uploads. Do not include customer registers, sensitive inspection reports or unnecessary personal information about other people in the message field.
If we need to review supporting material, we will agree how it should be shared. An anonymised example is often enough for the first conversation.
How the enquiry is sent.
The form sends the details through the website’s server to our enquiry delivery service. A confirmation is shown only after that service has accepted the enquiry. If sending fails, your text remains in the form so you can try again.
Contact us to follow up on how the details in your enquiry are handled or how long they are retained. Please provide only what is needed to understand your request.
Cookies and technical information.
When web analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics only after your consent to measure page visits, contact-link clicks and successfully sent enquiries. We do not send form contents to Google. Your choice is stored locally in your browser for 180 days. You can decline or withdraw consent using Cookie settings in the footer. Google Analytics uses cookies and Google may process information outside the EU/EEA. We do not enable Google advertising features. Fonts are served by the website.
The web server and hosting provider may process technical information when a page or the form is used, such as an IP address and request details. This handling depends on the actual hosting environment.
